SSDPortal offers flexible and convenient options for topping up your account and ensuring you have sufficient funds to send SMS messages. Here’s how you can recharge your account: Funds in your account can also be used to request for Sender IDs.
Available Payment Methods
We provide a variety of payment methods to cater to your preferences. You can choose from the following options:
Mobile Money:
Send funds directly to our designated mobile money number using your preferred mobile money service provider. These are available for the following:-
- MTN MOMO (South Sudan)
- mGurush
- Safaricom MPESA
- MTN Uganda
Bank Transfer:
Transfer funds to our bank account using your online banking or visit your local bank branch. The account details will be indicated on your invoices.
Other Payment Methods:
We may offer additional payment options, such as credit cards or cryptocurrency, depending on your location and preferences. please send an email to our support team and we be able to guide you accordingly.
Topping Up Process
To top up your account, simply follow these steps:
- Access the Billing Page: Go to the “Settings” section of SSDPortal and select “TopUp”.
- Select a Payment Method: Choose the payment method that suits you best.
- Specify the amount you would like to top up. The minimum is 100 USD or its equivalent.
- You will recieve an email with the payment details.
- Confirm Payment: You can confirm payment details by sending an email to payments@ssdportal.com with the Transaction ID number or SMS from your payment reciepts.
- Track Status: Once the payment is processed (typically within 24hrs), you’ll receive a confirmation and your account balance will be updated accordingly.
